Return & Refund Policy for Atenia Brigadeiros

Our Commitment to Quality At Atenia Brigadeiros, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in crafting our cakes and brigadeiros with the finest ingredients and care. We are committed to ensuring your order arrives fresh and delicious.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we are here to help if there is an issue with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide the following:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging.

Once we review the information, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a store credit.

Quality & Satisfaction We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will review the matter on a case-by-case basis. Please note that as taste is subjective, we cannot offer refunds for products that are not to your personal liking but are otherwise fresh and correctly prepared.

Order Cancellations

  • Brigadeiros & Standard Items: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipping or pickup date to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Custom Cakes: Cancellations for custom cake orders must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled shipping or pickup date to be eligible for a full refund.

We cannot cancel or refund any orders that have already been shipped.

Non-Refundable Situations We are unable to provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Orders that are refused upon delivery.
  • Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.
  • Delays in transit caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Products that are not to a customer's personal taste preference.
